Inspired by an Invitation ...

Anyone whose stamped with me knows I love any reason to get my extra BLING on when making hand stamped projects and this grogeous wedding card was no exception!

I got totally inspired by Candice and Matt's lovely wedding invitation which reminded me of the wonderful now retired but still loved French Foilage stamp set ... this was a perfect reason to bring it back out from my retired collection!

I created some gorgeous little flower embellishments using the 1 3/4" Scallop circle and Boho Blossoms punches. Quickly sponged their edges with either Wild Wasabi or Pink Pirouette inks and than spritzed them with Smooch spray adhering them together with our glimmer brads or candy dot brads and scattered them along the stamped leaves using glue dots ... just love the effect this created of a flowering bush.

The Papillion Potpourri butterflies were stamped on vanilla card stock with Pink Pirouette ink and easily punched out with the Elegant and Bitty butterfly punches and some rhinestone bling used to accent their bodies. They float nicely around the Word Play 'Happy I Do Day' sentiment which has been punched out with the Wide Oval punch and framed nicely with the Designer Frames oval embossing folder .... creating what I hope is a stunning wedding card for my little cousin and his bride on their big day!

Sending out some love and light today to both Matt and Candice ... I am so excited to be able to share their special day with them!

Frosted Finishes

I must say that I am definitely loving the new Thinlits Card dies ... this is the Circle one and it allows you to make awesome fancy fold cards in such seconds ...  just imagine your loved one opening up this beauty when the Christmas Season hits.

 Add to it the awesome Festive Flurry stamp set and coordinating thinlits and you have endless opportunities for quick and easy cards that are truly stunning to send out this year!

I think the Frosted Finishes embellishments are just the frosting on the cake with this years Holiday mini options ... the photos do not do the little snowflakes bling factor any justice plus hiding on the flip side of the grey portion is our awesome Winter Frost Designer Series paper ... breath taking!

Feeling Tickled Pink ...

Tickled pink about all the awesome Stamp 4 a Cure Pink Ink creations that we are making for the Triple D's ~ Dynamic Daring Divas CIBC Run  for the Cure fundraising ... a huge thank you to team member Lisa for all her help stampin' with me as well as all the other team members who are helping with our online auction efforts!

I am loving playing with all the pink ink, papers, embellishments and BLING that is going on in the craft room lately ... this card is just STUNNING in person featuring the Ornaments Keepsake and Lovely as a Tree stamp sets on Pretty in Pink and Regal Rose papers with a sentiment from Many More Merry Messages ... come on out to one of our many upcoming craft shows this Fall and see it in person!

Stamp 4 a Cure - Pink Ink new editions

Getting busy this weekend stampin' with pink ink creating Breast Cancer Awareness and Support cards for upcoming Fall craft shows! 

Loving the Lilies

I just love the Faux Patina look and was able to use it recently on a custom card order ... it paired nicely with the wonderful lilies from the Secret Garden stamp set and some brushed gold leaves!

Watercoloring is SO relaxing I just love when I get a chance to incorporate the technique into a card creates such a nice effect!

It is getting pretty busy right now over here! I am making some new Stamp 4 the Cure Pink Ink themed cards for upcoming craftshows next month and I cannot wait to show them too you PLUS the Triple D's are also gearing up for the online auction over on Facebook and thanks to many local businesses and fellow London Mompreneurs  we have lots of awesome items coming available for bidding on September 7th ... please hop on over and check it out just click the image below.
