This is one of the cards we made at our Technique Tuesday exploring the Black Magic!
This card features the Vintage Vogue stamp set stamped on Basic Black with Whisper White and than coloured with the Stampin' Up Watercolor Pencils and embellished with white gel pen, a gold glitter brad and half back pearls! I just love this technique!
